What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Here at Top Tier Movers, we prefer an over the phone estimate to understand exactly what the customer needs. We give the best quotes when we gather all the details provided by the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 15 years experience and certified in the moving sector in the State of Michigan. We only hire train professionals with experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Here at Top Tier Movers. I started working for a moving company and took a liking to the work and took it very serious. I found my calling and kept going until I was able to branch out on my own. We wanted to give better prices with the same quality of work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers all over the Michigan state. We like to hear every ones situation and take it into account. We try our best to service anyone in need no matter the situation. We try our best to fit your needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our recent project was a 3-day job in Rochester Hills, Mi. We completed a load and unload furniture move which took multiple trips. The house was 9,000 sq ft. The team completed the job in a professional and safe matter. We were able to make sure the customer was satisfied, and we appreciate their business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Our best advice is to shop around for not only the best quote but quality movers with the knowledge and experience. What happens is that the customer has to double hire a crew with experience to come rescue the situation. Make sure the movers know how to handle your situation through the phone or physical consultation.
