Top Tier was prompt, professional, and accommodating. They unloaded our van efficiently and treated all of our belongings with respect. Then they agreed to tack on a trip to the Drop Off station in Ann Arbor to help us de-clutter our oversized waste items from our basement and garage. At the Drop Off station they very cheerfully and efficiently unloaded our waste items in a cold, windy, muddy cargo bay. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Both gentlemen were professional and hard working. Made the move very smooth.

Octavious communicated throughout the whole process of my stressful emergency move and arrived on time. I really appreciated the amount of care and diligence this company put into moving my things, especially when I was a disorganized mess. My child's bed was taken apart and put back together carefully when I had no idea how, as well as other furniture, and an elevator breakdown at the last minute didn't discourage them. So glad to have picked Top Tier Movers! I'll look to hire them again whenever I move in the future, and I'm definitely recommending them to anyone I know who is moving. The movers were 10 mins early for their start time. They communicated well before the move, during the move and at the end of the move. Their goal was to make sure we were satisfied. They unloaded the largest uhaul in under 2 hours into a storage facility. We actually asked to rehire them when the home is finally ready. They were excellent, clean and professional.

Octavius was amazing. We did hire 2 movers unfortunately only 1 did show, but he did the job alone! He was on time, professional, kind, helpful and worked so hard. My husband tried helping him but unfortunately broke his ankle early into the move and Octavius assured me he could handle it solo and he did. I’ve never seen someone work so hard in 5 hours without a complaint and always kept a smile and positive attitude! I’m so great full for his hard work and positive attitude- moving is stressful and we had other added stresses and he took it on like a champ! Highly recommend him- for his sake, would have been better with 2 movers as we expected, but Octavius will not let you down!
