1. Get a quote and book your order

For your convenience, there’s a form available on this website for you to use to find out the cost of our shipping service. Just a few seconds is all it takes. Enter your: pick-up city and state, delivery city and state, number of items, fragile or non-fragile, condition of items, shipping type, and first available shipping date (this is the first date your package will be ready to be picked up).

There’s also the option of emailing or calling our shipping advisors to request a quote directly.

We include taxes and insurance in your fully inclusive price. There are no hidden fees. You make $0 upfront payments when you make your booking and canceling is free.

If you’re not satisfied with the price, please let us know so we can try our best to meet your expectations. If a direct competitor of ours has given you a better price, we’ll do our best to match it. Show more

2. We pick up your packages

YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING NUMBERS THE SAME DAY ONCE AVAILABLE

A few hours before your scheduled pick-up time, your assigned carrier will get in touch to confirm the details. They also need to confirm that the pick-up location is safe and legal for large commercial vehicles. If it’s not, don’t worry. You can agree upon an alternative location, such as a wider street nearby, where you work, or in a parking lot, if necessary. They also require confirmation to make sure someone is available to release the vehicle. If you can’t be there, you can nominate a third -party to act on your behalf. Consider asking a neighbor, friend, family member, or work colleague.

Before we load your packages onto the truck to transport, you first have to examine it along with the driver, checking for any existing damage. Make a record of this on the Bill of Lading, before you sign. You’ll be given a copy of this important document that you must keep safe.

Now all the paperwork is complete, you can say goodbye to your precious items and they will load it very carefully onto the truck. Even though you know the carrier will treat your items with respect, that might not stop you worrying. For your peace of mind, you can contact the driver at any time during the journey, so you can check on your items progress. You’ll also receive regular updates by email or phone call.

3. You receive your packages

You’ll receive another phone call from your assigned carrier when your package is almost home. With a few hours notice, you can make sure you’re available to accept delivery of your package. Don’t worry if that’s not possible, because you can nominate a third-party to accept delivery on your behalf. The only stipulation is that they have to be over 18 years of age. Think about asking a neighbor, friend, relative, work colleague, or acquaintance.

Finally, you sign the Bill of Lading to accept delivery of your package. Payments are due before items are loaded into the truck. Cash Price, you now have to pay the balance. You can make payment in cash, cashier’s check, or money order.
